Sunwatcher Village is a garden style apartment community that caters to the needs of upper-class students. Four-bedroom/two bathroom and two- bedroom/two bathroom apartments are available. All apartments are fully furnished and are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. The monthly rental price includes all utilities plus basic cable, telephone, voice mail, and Ethernet connection.

The complex also includes a community building which boasts amenities such as a computer lab, state-of-the-art workout facility and common areas which students may use for club meetings, social events, etc.
